Flickr slideshows - load times slow, video would be nice

When I load slideshows from flickr, the load times are unbearable on a wireless connection. Is there any way to use the small or medium sizes from flickr instead of the high res ones it's using now?

Also, my flickr slideshows have video, will there be support for this eventually? Flickr's own embeddable slideshow already will play videos between photos in slideshows. This would be a great add-on for boxee
