Integrate ATV playback in Boxee

Something which I've stumbled upon while using Boxee on my ATV is that I tend to switch back between the ATV and Boxee interface since I also have downloads via iTunes that I watch frequently. I understand that it's not a trivial thing but if the ATV playback and structure could be accessible from Boxee it would be great.
