Labeling HD content in Boxee?
Is there a way to label your content High Def if it is, so you can distinguish it from SD stuff? I love the HD logo in iTunes when you rent or buy a movie...if this is not available in boxee yet this would be cool :) Imagine scrolling through your massive movie library, and just above certain movie posters lies a little HD logo...what do you think?

Inappropriate? No, it is currently not possible to flag or sort by High Definition content in Boxee.
Though this feature should hopefully soon come to XBMC Media Center, see:
http://xbmc.org/forum/showthread.php?...
and source code patches:
http://trac.xbmc.org/ticket/5154
As Boxee is based on XBMC, Team Boxee can then choose to import this code.
...if you know C++ then you can help CapnBry with the source code patch!
I’m hopeful

Inappropriate?Ah man I wish I knew about source code and stuff, I would be happy to help. Unfortunately, I'm just a fan of Boxee, and love what you guys are doing! I'm also glad that this could be in the works for future releases :)

Inappropriate? It seems to me that XBMC now have implemented the possibility to destinguish between movie files, when it somes to SD, 720p, and 1080p. But also sound type. 2.1 or 5.1 etc. Encoding xvid, x.264 etc Video format 4:3, 16:9, 2.35:1
I would love to see this implemented in Boxee, and the option to sort and/or filter movies by these criterias.
See these links for proof:
Info on the XBMC skin here, and pictures.

Inappropriate?Instead of saying "HD" or "SD" it should say 480p, 720p, or 1080p so we know what type of HD it is...
I’m excited

Inappropriate?@ Michael Miloff
XBMC already does all that and will try to even identify the aspect ratio as well. Its pretty cool and given that boxee has implemented the queue system already present in XBMC, I hope that this (along with many other) features make it into boxee (hopefully in the beta)
