Viewing Streaming Video from the Internet on my TV

I have a need to be able to go to a web site and view a streaming video off the internet. The video runs in a flash app inside the browser. I have a broadband connection and can currently view this content on my PC. Question is, can Boxee help me view this content on a television? If so, can you briefly explain how? Thanks!
