CANNOT ACCESS FILES OR TECH SUPPORT - help please

Hi - I cannot get to my files. I can log in but the files page never loads. When I call the support numbers it says that those numbers cannot be accessed from my area. When I email support@box.net, I get an auto reply telling me to log into the ticket system on box.net. However, I cannot log into that system either.

I need some help because I need my files! Please help - Virginia in Honolulu
