Where is the "GMT" offset located? I couldn't find it in the preferences or in the help section.

Inappropriate?Is it possible that the "7 icon" on the blog dashboard, sets the GMT? It has date info. Here's a screen shot, below, the "7 icon" is located on lower right . Lastly, for my education, what does GMT stand for?

GMT offset is the time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time.
