Sorry for any problems with your order. I need a little more information to track down what happened and let you know how and when it will be fixed. Can you provide me with the order number and/or the date ordered? Also, what is the nature of the problem: Did you order more than one item and the second one is missing or did you order a single item and it has a part missing?

Inappropriate?Thanks for getting back to me. on December 10, I ordered 3 (the tin woodsman) coffee scoops, and a measureing spoon set. I know I paid for all four items. Yesterday in the mail i recieved a box from bravisa (the bstore was apparently "familyvalue") the box was marked box 1 of 1. I only recieved the coffee scoops. my order number is 1524-BOVWI. My PayPal account was charged $153.06. which would have been the amount of my entire order. all i have is a packing slip out of the shipped box. i cant seem to find the "print for your records" page.

Thanks for the detail. The order shipped in two different boxes on different days. The second item has been shipped and will be delivered on Monday, December 22. I have your e-mail address from the order and will send the UPS tracking number to that e-mail address.
