Some ideas
A lot of ideas, hope it doesn't frustrate any of you. Some included:-
1) Means to create our own categories - something like what OblinQ has is great, it lets u create categories, assign items into the category, assign parent category. It's great to have that.
2) Adding tags to a list of items (batch mode) - Select the items, enter the tags common to those items, and hoola, they all have the tags
3) Domain mapping functionality - Map our own domain to the site, still have the site keeping intact with what we are having here
4) More customization on the themes or modules or template of course
