Aesthetics bug: "Signals & Friends Where-abouts" list needs spacing when signals are at the top

when the last update in your list is a location update (with the white bubble around it, the spacing between it and the section title is fine, but when the last update is a signal (just the blue bubble) the list is collapsed against the section title... see attachment
