Staying logged in. When logging I have repeatedly check the remember me box but I keep having to login. I've tried logged out and back in, checking the box, without success.

I tried to login 5 times using my iPhone and each time it says "You must be logged into do that, please login" I've checked to make sure I'm entering my correct username and password - and I am - is anyone else having this problem?

I received an invite, setup an account and used the site last night. But this morning my password isn't working. I can't use the forgot password function because the email address I used to register isn't in the system. Any Ideas?

i hate. hate. hate having multiple logins for a single service.

I'm sure this whole "getsatisfaction" helps a bunch since you didn't have to develop it.

(Even if their chunky "1,2,3,4" was confusing at first since they didn't visually group the content under each number. and the question / idea / problem tabs i definitely didn't notice at first).

But. Is there no way to allow a single sign on? Please? It's already too late, i made an account on getsatisfaction, but that doesn't mean i have to be happy about it!

Nearly every time I return to Brightkite (on my laptop or on my phone), I have to re-login again. It's quite annoying. Any chance of remedying this?

I cannot seem to login... I type in my password very carefully and it always says it is incorrect. I've been having to use the password recovery form to log into the site.
