I have been trying to post photos to my brightkite account using my iphone for a while now, and NONE of the photos ever show up. I actually posted this question a while ago on this same messageboard but so far have gotten no answer. Any ideas why pics emailed from my iphone are not showing up? I have verified that I am using the right address, and I can post thru the brightkite interface and e-mailing photos from my computer.
Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks!
My Brightkite posts are no longer getting cross-posted to Twitter, while I see that my Brightkite friends' posts are. Furthermore, those same friends are no longer appearing in my Brightkite stream on the website. I've turned on SMS to see if they come in there, but so far I've received nothing.
When using Bkite by text/SMS, it would be handy to see not just the link to the photo, but actually the photo comments as well....or a link to the comments....or some way to see them. Now it just says that a user has posted a photo, and the link to the photo. No way to view the comments until I get to a computer.
i've setup brightkite so that pictures post to twitter when i post to brightkite but for some reason brightkite is picking up my tweets and its causing redundant data in my friendfeed.
what's up with that? was it something i did? how can i undo this? i want it to be a 1 way relationship with brightkite sending to twitter and not the other way around.
Sometimes I accidentally send photos to 80289 instead of my email address (xxxxx@bkite.com). I've noticed the photos sent to the number do not post, but the photos sent to the email address DO post. I know this is probably working as designed (it's a finger check on my part, not your fault), but can you change it so photos sent to either will go through?
I put in my phone number into the appropriate field, received a confirmation number via SMS and entered it. Everything says it's good, but whenever I try to checkin (@), post a note (using ! or SAY) or even ask for HELP nothing happens.
I successfully deleted my previous mobile settings and confirmed it again but still no luck. I am sure I am using the correct number (80289) and I even replied to the confirmation txt message with HELP to be sure....
