Adding named Placemarks - how do I do it?
Hi there!
I found out about using the coordinates to add unknown locations (and making them Placemarks) and I know about using the '[name]' notation to add a name to locations, but I can't seem to get these two to work together.
Any idea how I can add an unknown location as a Placemark with a decent name?

Inappropriate?Hi Nuno! The custom name feature, as you've noticed, isn't working quite right these days. This is a result of some work we've been doing on the location stuff. We have plans to improve the custom names, but we need to get some higher priority items out of the way before we can tackle that project. In the meantime you can try playing around with different options like street names or even intersections (since coordinates aren't working), I tested both of those with a custom label and they worked for me.

Well, I can't reaaly do that, because some of the spots I go to don't actually have streets to their name, like beach bars and so on, but I'll take your suggestion for the places that would work at and I'll eagerly await until the new features are deployed. :-)

Inappropriate?So, any idea when this issue might get some attention? I still hang out in places with no street address and I'd like to be able to name them correctly using the geo-coordinates... Thanks.

No updates with this just yet. It has been bumped up our priority list, but we do have a lot on our plate at the moment, so it's taking a bit of time to work our way through everything.
