Business search giveth, then taketh away... by "not found" after listing it

This is probably happening to other businesses around the globe, so mine is one example that could help others ask the question and get an answer.

Last night I was trying to check in at "Easton Town Center", a large outdoor shopping complex in Columbus, Ohio. In the original business search, it is found and listed as, "Easton Town Center," third result down, but when I try to click the location , I'm told that "Hmm we couldn't find that place," and the place listed in the place search is

160 Easton Town Ctr, Columbus, OH [Easton Town Center]

The small brain question is how do I get this fixed, and the bigger brain question is, in general, what should be done to report it or fix it when something like this happens? It would be great to have a way to self fix this, but we don't want business owners with ill intent "fixing" search results either.... Maybe a wiki approach? Anyway....Just one suggestion. People could "Fix" it and other members could "Contest" if they think it's wrong, and the community could vote and decide what's most accurate. Keep you from needing a ton of staff to address these things.

One other person besides me checked in with the simple street "Easton Way" but this kind of problem could lead to people checking in less accurately than they're equipped to and choosing "whatever near will work".

FYI I also had this problem with the "AMC Easton Town Center 30 with IMAX". I was later there and had the same problem.
