Can't create placemarks on iPhone web app

I've had trouble creating placemarks using the iPhone web app. I think the problem only occurs when the placemark name is the same as the label.

I have been unable to replicate the problem for creating a placemark. I tried making the placemark name the same as the label and it worked for me. I will continue to test this.
