Can't get the Wall to work, this support system is useless
First off, signed up to Brightkite solely to use the Wall. Can't get it working in any way shape or form except to see a blank wall. Tried numerous UK and US locations, placestream, univers, people, IE, Firfox etc, but nothing at any point.
So got irritated that I signed up for nothing, so (once again) I am disincentivized from signing up to such things in future. It was already a gamble signing up for this and I now regret it.
Secondly, filled out an extensive and polite support query in this form, and discovered that I had to sign up to ANOTHER service in order to submit it! Oh, but I could sign in using Windows ID, although naturally then my entire query and settings were lost!
OK, another lesson learned: don't sign up for new stuff, and don't bother trying to access online support.
Thirdly, through sheer force of will and stubborness, am attempting to submit this new query because - despite evidence and experience to the contrary - I retain a shred of hope that Brightkite may have been worth signing up for, and that the Wall may work for me. Regards getsatisfaction.com, I doubt I will get any soon.
Disillusioned, angry, and sceptical about new web services for another few months,

We have identified and fixed the problem and the Wall is now working, I have tested this in Safari, Firefox, and IE. We are in private beta which means we still have a few kinks to iron out and you will probably experience a few bugs while using the service.
