Checking in to a major highway/roadway for people with long commutes
I would love to see the option to check in on highways and roadways. For an example, I drive an hour to and from work and I know when I leave work my destination is going to be home so it would be cool to be able to say something like:
@I66 from Centreville, VA to Front Royal, VA
There are many different varitions of how this could be implemented but the basic idea is having a way to relay the fact that you are driving/traveling. For people that drive an hour or more this would be a great feature. For an advanced feature you could implement an option to enter your estimated drive time for the route you check in to and then have it auto check in every x mins at a point on the route.

Inappropriate?Today I checked in as "Interstate 20 30134" and "Interstate 20 Lithia Springs, GA" and BK accepted it. Stinks typing Interstate instead of "I" especially while driving (stuck in traffic).
