Drop-down with placemarks under the "Places" search field
It would be great if there was a drop-down with my placemarks under the "Places" search field at the top of the interface.
I frequently use my placemarks to check in at work for example, but it requires me to click on "Placemarks" in the left hand menu, wait for the page to load and then click the "Check in" button. My understanding of the placemarks is that they should work as bookmarks for easy access to frequently visited places. This way of working with them doesn't give me that feeling though.
Wouldn't it be neat if it was possible to simply select a placemark from a drop-down right below the search field, to make a one-click check-in form any page?

Inappropriate?Hi Jim, that's a good idea and we'll definitely think about it. In the meantime you can type your placemark names into the place search and it will bring up that placemark when you hit enter. It's still a two-click process, but it should be a little faster than clicking through the menu.

Thanks for the tip! It's a nice feature and maybe it's enough if you just add a AJAX quick select for the placemarks as I type them in the field. That way I would only have to type the first two or three letters, hit the down arrow key and enter.
