Emailed notes and corresponding Twitter cross-posts are being duplicated

Hello... I checked in via an email from my phone (I have a Verizon Wireless phone) and shortly afterwards I sent a photo post, again via email from my phone.

The photo update showed up twice in my timeline:

And then it showed up three times in Twitter, apparently in very quick succession:

In each of those Twitter updates, the same short link appears:
http://bkite.com/009ng
which points to
http://brightkite.com/objects/5e229b7...

Thought you might like to know. Don't know whether this is an isolated thing or not. I've only seen it once so far.
