Feature Request: Bring back the “kind soul” emails, please!
Description:
Dear Brightkite, perhaps I am remembering this incorrectly, but when I first got an invite for Brightkite, I remember being very charmed by the email notification itself.
I thought, that the email notification was titled something like “A kind soul has invited you to Brightkite”.
I sent an invite out the other day, and was dismayed to discover that this, the sentence, “A kind soul has invited you to Brightkite”.
Can you bring this back? It was such a nice, un-corporate and friendly message. I think that that it played a big part in a number of people sitting up and taking note of a BK email invite...

Inappropriate?YoMama, we'll have to think about that one. We ended up taking that out because the invitees took issue with not knowing who invited them and not being able to friend that person.
