Former dodeball user - why the 4000 meter limit?
I'd like to be notified when friends check in more than 4000 meters away. If we're in the same city, I can easily cab/drive/bus to a location that's more than that distance away.

Inappropriate?Hi tom, if you go to either your friends list or a specific friend's profile page and click on "Edit Friendship" you will see the option to receive notifications for their checkins and posts via SMS. If you select checkins and save you will be good to go.
