How many connections to the Twitter API does Britekite request per hour?

Inappropriate?We connect to Twitter's API whenever we post something to Twitter on your behalf. We also connect whenever you look at your Sharing settings page. Other than that we aren't connecting to their API.
We do, however, connect whenever you use your discover friends feature, but that doesn't go against your quota.
