I have a user (1/2)uciminiei that is spamming me.

how do I make it stop? it seems to happen regardless of where I'm checked in at. the user is not listed as a friend. The message says: "I learned from a recent contact that more and more companies are reading the recommendations on interviewee's linked." which is total crap, but I really want to be able to block this user from spamming me. I'm sure they're spamming lots of folks.
