In "What's happening", when a comment is available make the number better visable

In "What's happening", when a comment is available for an update or check-in, currently users read over this too easily or don't notice it at all!
Hence my suggestion to make the number which indicates the number of comments better noticable.
Currently that number is gray, in a small font and in plain text.
I'd like to see it bigger, minimal the size of the text in an update, bold and in a different colour (black or a darkish red, blue or green would suffice imho)
