Mobile updated from Verizon Wireless aren't working (again)

Some time ago (there's a lot of posts on this) Brightkite had trouble with mobile updates coming from Verizon Wireless phones, both SMS and email. I've had no trouble with this for probably a year, but since the recent update, I can't update from my mobile phone any more. I've tried sending both SMS (to 41414) and email (to my personal email address) from my phone, and I get no response from Brightkite.

Any suggestions? Thanks.
