Inappropriate?Hi Jeremy, couple questions: Who is your mobile carrier? Where are you located? Have you recently ported your number over from another carrier? Are you able to send/receive SMS using other services?

Inappropriate?Currently am with StarHub, located in Singapore. Have never ported the number from anywhere. Am able to recieve SMSes from other services.

Inappropriate?Unfortunately it doesn't look like StarHub is a supported carrier with our international SMS aggregator.

Are you able to send SMS to email without paying a fortune? If so you can still send SMS commands to your xxxx@bkite.com email address and use the service while you're on the go. -
Inappropriate?Is Softbank Japan not on the list too? If not, maybe you should make the actual list available on on the site.

Softbank is not a supported carrier either. We will see what we can do about putting a list up somewhere, but the problem is that the list is very long and it often gets updated. Posting questions here or emailing supportATbrightkiteDOTkom are good options, we always respond quickly. :) -

i've tried with both but it i didn't received confirmation code even with Vodafone! what's wrong? -
