Password reset email is not being sent to me :(

Hi, I have forgotten my password and I have entered my email address to have the password reset instructions sent to me, but they aren't being sent... I've waited 24 hours and then tried again... still no joy! I am not getting the error that says "that email address is not on file" I'm just not getting anything... Help?
