Private locations

It's really easy to check in by accident sometimes from the wrong places. So instead of making it harder to check in, I suggest being able to set "black out" areas within a person's profile for places people want private like work or home. This would probably get some people to move from strictly private usage to public which would get the community growing even faster. I know I would feel more at ease using Brightkite for updating more of my social networking profiles that are linked together if such a feature where in place.
