Randomly inaccurate place search results today
I'm getting wildly inaccurace place search results today. Simple searches like "Miami International Airport" or "MIA" produce the place page for Gambia in Africa. Multiple other locations fail to resolve properly as well. Full street addresses seem to work, but business names and city names don't. Any ideas?

Inappropriate? This isn't very scientific, but I have been noticing the same thing on web for about a week an half.
For example, if I run a search for "Yosemite Lake Merced, CA", which is tied to a lake and my hometown's name, I get the "Republic of Guatemala" returned.
It also does the same thing with the term "Yosemite Lake 95340".
I am in end user mode now, I swear, that I used "Yosemite Lake Merced, CA" as a search term about two weeks ago, and was never given "Republic of Guatemala" as a result. As an end user, I think something is up. -
Inappropriate?CAC and Tom, thank you very much for the info. I noticed that some of the airport codes started acting wonky recently, but didn't realize it was affecting other locations as well. We will take a look at this as soon as we can.

Inappropriate?"MIA" resolves to Gambia; "Miami International Airport" resolves to The Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis. "Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands" resolves to Partido Judicial de Pamplona.
I’m puzzled

Thank you for the updates. :) -
Inappropriate?a search for "auckland airport, auckland, new zealand" returns "kingdom of thailand"
and many other crazy things...
especially bad on the mobile interface, as it only returns one result at a time, which is often wrong and has nothign in common with what i searched for.
I’m disappointed

Br3nda, thank you for letting us know. Location problems like this is frustrating, so we're trying to figure it out.
