restore privacy at this place settings to default

I am unable to get a particular check-in/placemark to show up by name or address. Months ago, I adjusted "privacy at this place" settings for my exact home address. I have since found a more desirable method for checking into home (named "Pebbletini" and pointing to a nearby intersection). I would like Pebbletini to show publicly, but each time I check in, it posts as if it were marked for privacy. I have tried to change my "privacy at this place" settings at all addresses/locations at and near my home address back to "always public" or "according to my current privacy settings", but have been unsuccessful in getting Pebbletini to appear publicly.

Can you clear all of my "privacy at this place" settings so I can start from scratch?
