getsatisfaction.com should get my login information from brightkite.com. I had to create 2 seperate accounts.

BadPirate, we are sorry about this. Having a single sign-on for Get Satisfaction and Brightkite is on our to-do list.

Super! Because they have the same user interface it is hard to notice that you have been sent from one to the other (a nice feature, unless issues like this one follow). I actually like the idea of getsatisfaction quite a bit! :)
