Sprint Users Can't Receive Confirmation Codes, Implement Facebook SMS Methodology Please!
Not receiving confirmation codes, I am a Sprint user & have had this problem before with other services (i.e. Google Calendar). Facebook mobile works for me for some reason; Facebook must send SMS differently somehow. Please advise, thank you!

Inappropriate?Hi. I also have this problem. my sprint phone is not receiving the confirmation code. I've tried many times. What is the phone number format to enter into the mobile settings page? I've tried with and without the 1 and still wont work.

Alexander, do you have any sort of pay-as-you-go plan? Have you recently ported your number? Have you been able to send/receive messages using other shortcodes? -
I just tried again, and it worked now! My number is confirmed. -
Let me get the standard questions out of the way: do you have a pay as you go plan? Has your number recently been ported? I see you can use Facebook's shortcode, can you use Twitter's okay? -
Just now a user contacted Sprint's technical support and it turns out they were blocking our short code on her phone. Have you tried calling Sprint support yet? I wonder if that's the issue. -
Inappropriate?I also cannot receive the shortcode messages. I have tried many times. I also contacted sprint thinking that maybe they were being blocked. Twice from 2 different reps, they told me that there were no restrictions on my account. Any work around for this yet?

Also, i have an unlimited plan, I have had this account since March of this year, and I can get other messages from other applications just fine. -
Was your number ported over from a different carrier? -
No. I had a Sprint account, then it was moved to another account on Sprint. -
I will talk with our SMS aggregator to see if there is anything else we can do. -
Inappropriate?When you type your phone number in, do you put a one before your number? I took that off and I received the text message instantly.

Inappropriate?I tasked Sprint advanced tech support to "unblock" your short codes. That was last week. Still no solution.
Maybe the solution is to go with another carrier...
