Starting groups

There should be a set of groups users can subscribe to based around certain ideas so they can see when anyone posts a comment or photo about that.

For example, if a group of designers wanted to document all the cool found typography in a certain area, they could all subscribe to the Found Typography stream and be notified anytime someone around them posts an image.

Could be a cool idea for events too.
