Feeds containing | (pipe) character broken

To replicate: Create a craigslist search using the | character as an OR, preferably using three terms. E.g. create a job search for php|python|java. Using either the bookmarklet or c&p the feed url and it strips the | character, turning it into a search for phppythonjava.

Under some conditions, it correctly replaces the | with %7C.

But when I C&P a url with %7C in it, it strips that, too.

I was ultimately able to get it to work by getting a "You're already subscribed to that feed" error and then editing the contents of the input field myself.
