Reimbursement/Voucher when cannot use tickets due to baby hospitalization

Could not use tickets due to baby's illness including hospitalization and doctor's orders not to take her on the trip. Wanting reimbursement or way to use the money toward other tickets. There is no direct phone line for British Airways department dealing with this. They purposefully make you go through snail mail.
