installer crashing

The installer crashes immediately, saying that Adobe Air has crashed. Adobe Air seems to hate me, since I can't get Twhirl to work, either.

If you want to attach a screen shot of your issue I'll be happy to look at it, but I suspect it's an AIR issue.
