One selection, not sixteen
I've found your site incredibly tedious to deal with. Having to itemize 16 movies after I've already selected them on my calendar is repetitious and a transfer of your work to me. Easy for you, not for me. It should be relatively easy to submit my selections from my account instead of 16 dialog boxes, I mean really. Your home page must have a log-in box or a site map. You are familiar with your site, I am not. Trying to remember what I did ten minutes ago is not what I should be thinking as I browse. Your terms and conditions say I must bring my credit card when I pick up my tickets, the supervisor at the box office says I don't need to. I guess I'll find out tomorrow which is right.

Thanks for your email - we appreciate the feedback.
The CineVegas site is actually hosted in 3 different places - cinevegas.com (the official, year-round festival site), cinevegas.bside.com (the interactive festival schedule) and cinevegas-web.vegas.com (the ticketing component). Unfortunately at present the 3 sites aren't fully integrated, which is why you can't port your calendar adds on B-Side over to Vegas.com to automatically fill your shopping cart with ticket orders. I'm sorry for the confusion around that. We aim to have greater integration in the future and are keeping those goals in mind as we make future updates to our software.
Regarding the credit card & box office issues, please try contacting the festival directly. They should be able to answer your questions in that regard. They can be reached at info@cinevegas.com (contact page is at http://www.cinevegas.com/cv/index.php... ).
