Unable to buy registration for Photonic by credit card
I am trying to buy a registration for Photonic using my credit card.
After filling in my details, I keep getting the following error message:
"The transaction resulted in an AVS mismatch. The address provided does not match billing address of cardholder."
However, I know my address details are correct. There must be a problem with the ordering system you're using (http://www.e-junkie.com/ecom/ppdirect... etc)

Inappropriate?It looks like the trouble was your ZIP code. We don't have any control over this though; AuthorizeNet simply passes the ZIP you give us and tells us whether it's the same as what your card issuer has on file. In this case, it wasn't the same. You may want to log into the issuer's website and make sure they have the right ZIP on file.

Inappropriate?We solved this via email. Our Authorize.net account had a setting that wasn't conducive to accepting credit cards from European customers. We changed a few settings after consulting with Authorize.net, and it should work for everyone now.
