bubbles won't fill in, only set as 'planned (00:00)

My computer's date and time says Tuesday 25th August 00:35 but Bubbletimer thinks it is still monday and will only let me fill in first half hour of today's bubbles as planning (like for the future*). it also still shows the "go to today" link when I'm looking at today/tuesday.

(*Believe me, I would never plan to track time in the middle of the night, it just happens to me sometimes!!)
