The note dialog box... movable?
So, I'm starting to use the notes feature, and I really like it! My main rule for myself is KISS: keep it simple, sillyhead. No notes unless there really seems to be a good reason for them.
Anyways, what I've discovered is that the "good reasons" for notes usually involve some reference to a specific span of time. Unfortunately, the note dialog box covers part of the time scale, and so I have to close it each time I want to see the time for a bubble.
I thought about suggesting just moving the dialog box (since it seems to be fixed in place), and then I thought about just suggesting that there be a secondary time scale, along the bottom edge of the bubble table (an idea I've proposed in another thread, as part of something else, but still think would be useful whether or not it's part of this idea or that idea).
But then I thought, what if I wanted to see the bubbles that are directly beneath the dialog box? Maybe the only suggestion I need to make is... would you consider making the note dialog box movable?

Lame, lame, I know. But for technical reasons, making the dialog box movable would be a ton of work and not worth it. Could think about the 2nd row of time (I've resisted that in the past due to concerns about clutter).
1 idea would be to make it semi-transparent so you can see the bubbles through it. Thoughts?

Interesting idea, Sean. That could be helpful, but it also could be annoying to type on it. Maybe only when the text input field isn't active? Is that possible? -
Interesting idea, Sean. Semi-transparent could work, but it also could be annoying to type on. Is it possible to make it only be this way when the text input area is not active? (So clicking on the note panel but outside the text area would make it semitransparent.)
