The total hours in the 'summary' option of 'print' is not the correct value.
The total hours in the 'summary' option of 'print' is not the correct value. When I go to 'Personal Log' in 'Print' and add up the total hours of each day there is a 2 hour discrepancy. Also when I get bubble timer to show me a graph of the hours over the same time period its quoted hours also match what my calculator tells me should be the correct value. As far as I'm aware the issue is with the 'summary' page in print.
I'm using this as a tool for recording my hours and now I'm uncertain if I can trust the values that the site produces!

Inappropriate?Simeon,
The problem is now fixed. Please confirm for me that you are seeing no other discrepancies in the printing totals. The issue was isolated to printing only and to the one kind of bubble, a bubble from 11:45PM-12:00AM.
I do apologize for this. I also realize it can shake your confidence in BubbleTimer since you rely on it to record your hours. I don't know what to say about this except that issues do sometimes make it past testing. I feel bad when that happens and I do my best to resolve the problem very quickly.
Thank you so much for your diligence in spotting this problem. To show my gratitude, I've given you a courtesy account for life. Do enjoy.
Thank you,
Sean

Inappropriate?Sean,
sorry to say, but I just stumbled upon a similar problem. I printed the summary for Feb 09, and instead of 672 hours (28x24) I get 672h, 45m. Now here's what's worse: the chart is off as well! It gives me 690 hours for Feb 01 to Feb 28. I manually checked every day of Feb to make sure I entered 24 hours worth of bubbles. Am I missing something?
Kind regards,
Joshua -
Inappropriate?Josh,
You were only missing that there was one more bug (a new one since Simeon's issue had been solved) where contiguous planning bubbles were totaled with normal bubbles in certain range calculations. The problem is now solved and I'm confident you'll get the totals you expect for February if you look again.
Thanks!
Sean
