Adressbook - Phone <> Buddycloud App - deleting contacts
A few days ago I tried to remove contacts in buddycloud, who will never ever use buddycloud, like my parents, grandma etc. and deleted their names out of buddycloud. Later I opened my Phonebook in my Nokia E71 and they were deleted in there, too! Glad I could recover them all, but you should warn the users about it!

Inappropriate?I hope your Grandmother didn't take it personally. Are you assuming that she will never be joining you on Buddycloud? ;)
One of the reasons that we concatonate your existing addressbook below your BC friends is so that you can use the "Options -> send current location" and your non-BC friends will receive an SMS with your location and a link to a map.
How would you suggest we solve this without having a confirm dialogue "Yes", "No" "Perhaps if it's sunny tomorrow" hell? I've never been too keen on applications that double guess the users intention and make you confirm everything.

do confirmation for things like delete. And i thins case i would say that a confirmation dialog (maybe with a "don't ask me again" option) would be the right way to go, as there are not too many apps that make use of the ability to have *all* of your address book in an applicaiton screen (in fact i think i have only seen it in buddycloud and Jaiku!) -

Last month I bought my grandmother a Nokia 1200 with a prepaid card. This phone is like the hello kitty playphone of my daughter not supported ... until now
