Well, I just realised: BC needs an audio alert when new messages arrive (at least I need them) - missed some pretty intense chatting b/c I didn't notice the vibration.
Perfect would be, if the user could choose the audio alert from the ringtones of the phone and his audio folder.

Inappropriate?I presume you're talking about the vibration? CMIIW, that's hardware issue: the same thing for the calls. During batt charge, if the phone rings, it also does not vibrate.

Inappropriate?Exactly that - it's a good idea - you won't have the phone in our pocket while charging, but still: I think it's a bit annoying when you get no notification whatsoever while charging.

Inappropriate?BTW: it's a Nokia-ism that the phone never vibrates when charging. Perhaps they are worried about it vibrating the charger cable out or something. Took me a while to work this out.
