Enhancing the social networking feel of Buddycloud
I got a few ideas, to enhance the "interest factor" in Buddycloud.
The first is: use Buddycloud not just to update Statusmesages in twitter and Facebook - add features to send your contacts direct rivate messages and to see their tweets, not just the latesst one.
And an enhanced profile would be interesting. XMPP jas alread a nice vCard sstem but it seems to be completly idle. It's nice to find those people nearby. But it would be be also interesting, to se what they are interested in.

Inappropriate?Interesting idea. I would say it is better to get replies and DM's from Twitter, and comments from replies to Facebook status updates.
Also i hope that someone at BuddyCloud towers is aware of http://openmicroblogging.org/ -
Inappropriate?We are really looking at better implementation of profiling than vCard, we need used to use it in the past, but it is open to privacy issues.
