How can we make time more meaningful?
I would like some way to know the local time of the POSTER for an update. Sometimes it might help to understand the tone and context of a post if I knew whether the poster was posting first thing in the morning, at the end of the work day, or up with insomnia at 4 A.M. I am only seeing the first few letters of the city name (e.g., "Munche"), so I often don't know the country of origin, let alone the time zone. This could be done in just a few characters after MY local time in the message. For example, the post I recently received:
"Saturday at 4:03 PM - Munche
Could be ..."
might be shown as:
"Saturday at 16:30 (22:30)- Munche
Could be..."
I changed both times to 24-hour clock to save characters so that the new post takes only a few more characters than the original. Any thoughts?

Inappropriate?I like this idea and it's something that I would like to see. It makes sense to, at some point, show more info about the users in a profile type pane. I forsee this type of info going in there rather than on every single message. Why not on every message? Because, the majority of users are in the same timezone and it will make the message tab rather "wordy".
