Recently created topics in BumpTop

There seems to be a 3D rendering glitch here. The icon is in front of the other icons.

Reproduce: fan out like a book and scroll so the icon will get back on the pile. If you look closely you'll see it.

If you click more than twice on the fast BumpTop icon, multiple BumpTop are opened.
I have been able to open 5 BumpTop simultaneously...
... and it was pretty buggy.

I fanned a pile of icons and grew one of them the biggest it could.
Then I closed the fan and this thig happened :


The top icon is flashing from transparent to colorful and the other icons are transparent.
I'm able to do it again, but it looks like the corners are kind of buggy...

Serious problem! After a reboot my BumpTop is only partially working! Only a small square on the top-left of the desktop is "Bumped" (black and flashing when moving mouse in it), the rest of the desktop stays as original!
Screen is better...

Hi to all! I have a problem in the Beta12, when i select a pile i can't see that is selected, the green light that highlight the single selected icon doesn't appear on the pile selected. This problem is with every pile and it was not present in the Beta11.
PS:Every action done to the pile is OK, it's only not highlighted.
PPS:Sorry for my bad english!

It starts the install, I give it my invite code. BumpTop actually starts, but the Installer software never finishes. Well, I guess NEVER is pushing it as I haven't bother to wait more than 15 minutes. First time around I killed the installer which caused an uninstall. The second time around I let it run (didn't need to enter the invite code the second time). It's still running, and bumptop is "semi-up" meaning that I can't open folders but I can toss 'stuff' around and pile 'stuff' etc.

I'm running a Windows XP system with SP2. About 5GB space left on my system drive. I've killed the AV software and pretty much everything else. I have a BumpTop.exe process running at 0-5% CPU usage, a PostInstallExecutable.exe running at a stable 0% CPU usage and pretty much nothing else going on. (Well...the normal system processes and now Firefox)

I did a search here, but didn't find anything about this and I haven't read anything about a post-install indexing or anything along the lines so I'm guessing this isn't normal. Any solutions? Need more info?

When I throw a file into the email outbox, my email program (Windows Live Mail) opens up, and screws up my whole inbox. It tells me I have 300 new emails, but, in fact; they are old. It just totally screws up my Windows Live Mail settings & the settings that say if a message is actually read or not. So every single read message in my inbox will turn into not-read... It's pretty annoying. So anyone who uses Windows Live Mail: DONT USE THE OUTBOX ICON until they fix it. Hope you guys are able to fix it, cuase I like the idea.

Also: another bug is: "when you try to rename the Email Outbox icon Bumptop crashes."

I came across this problem by accident.
I've used the "grow" feature on my mozilla firefox icon twice. I was throwing the icon out of my way and accidentally added it to a pile. After it settled, the pile continued to slide (very slowly) until it reached the edge of my desktop. I've played around with it and it happens every time no matter which pile I throw the icon at, but only with the firefox icon. I grew another icon to the same size and it just got added to the pile (no sliding after the fact).

Image Below. When I select multiple tiles on a wall (Originally the files were in area1) and try drag them off onto the the floor I noticed that only the tile that i have draggedwill come off (Had the tile in area 3 selected). The other images that i have selected will stay pinned to the wall but have a spring effect to them(Area 2). It looks something like this:

If you look at the image below, I will make a folder and pin it to a wall like in area 1, then when i right click the folder and tell it to Expand to Pile it does what is showen in area 2, the little blue dot appears, you cant select it, nothing until you folderize the pile again, you can move the pile anywhere you want it to, but as soon at you click folderize it will return to where ever it was pinned on the wall

When using the fan out function, you cant add things to it which is not entirely necessary, but i think people should be able to drag items out from the fan, basically the same as the grid view, where people are able to take things out of the grid or they can add to the grid.

I will keep updating this section with problems that I encounter.

By the way love the whole concept of BumpTop.
