Setting default Infinite BumpTop mode?

How can I change it so that the first time a folder is displayed in "Bump this Folder" mode, it shows up NOT in Infinite BumpTop mode?

P.S. I'm using v.1207

How do I create a new folder when I'm in a folder via "Bump This Folder" mode? I don't have the "New" context menu when I right-click the floor and select "more" like I do when I show the actual Bumptop desktop.

P.S. I'm using v.1207

side of 3d folder icon in "bump this folder" view doesn't look right.

It looks as if the sides of the folder in the "bump this folder" view don't look right. Like it's an OpenGL or DirectX problem.
