2 Things that Bumptop needs to be the killer desktop environment.
I have been bumping for a few months now and whilst both these suggestions are already in the forum I think they are the two that will make it realy work out in the real world.
1. Free look, ie complete control of the camera, zoom pan tilt etc..
2. Applications running on thier own tile, ie like the photoframes but the application windows.
Number 1 might be earier then number 2 I reckon!
Anyone got any more ideas. Keep them big, i.e. whilst I like the window with the weather idea it is not a fundemental core idea for the day to day interaction with the desktop

Inappropriate?I'm going to guess that the second one would present gigantic graphical hurdles - but the first one is solid. You might want to consider breaking up multiple suggestions into different topics, so people can comment and vote on each idea separately, and likewise be marked 'answered' individually.

Inappropriate?Personally, I like the camera control the way it is. Quick and easy to use. Adding more controls would make the interface more klunky I think.
I like the second idea but I'm not sure how feasible that is. I'd like to see RSS text content displayed like photos are now. That way we could see real-time updates of news, etc. I think that would be doable.
