BumpTop closes (not crashes) immediately after launch!

I have a Windows XP Tablet PC (32Mb video card)....BumpTop worked fine for about 10 minutes, then closed by itself...and won't start. I have XP make a sound everytime an app closes, BumpTop closes itself without any errors or anything.

Any ideas?

I should mention: All Direct-X and Video Graphics updates have been applied, service pack 3, etc.

I went to the directory where bumptop keeps its settings (C:\SYSTEM\Users\Andrew\Local Settings\Application Data\Bump Technologies, Inc\BumpTop), the only thing I saw in there was a file called 'desktop.lock'

I also went to C:\SYSTEM\Users\Andrew\Application Data\Bump Technologies, Inc\BumpTop and deleted 'settings.json' as well as 'wall.bump' or something. BumpTop started, asking for my Beta code...put it in, and it closes immediately.
