bumptop crash an startup

I have windows xp sp2 germany, nvidia gforce 8800 gt with 512mb, intel pentium core duo *3ghz (2 core), 3gb ram

and at my desktop are ca. 144 icons.......

ok. i hope that i can use that programm, i have used it for a while, and have uninstall it... now i have .... what was this word in english.... made that it lost me..... that is wrong or... i hope thet you understand. and i want to use it now again, becouse with my many icons.....

You said that you installed BumpTop today, but also that you have been running it for a while. Did you just upgrade to the latest version?

fore a while, i have it complete uninstall. i have dowenload the new inateller from this website, i have also try a version from chip.de but with this it was the same.

and also i have a old version...

BumpTopInstaller2738 it was.
that was run normaly, and than i have try to updete, but than came an installer, the green..... ähm.. the green pixels on the screen(sry, my snglish is not good) going one time to the right of te windows, then the windows cama again, and after ca 10 secends it was going. then nothing came again. i have try again to start bumbtop, but it was still the old version.

One thing that might help is to reset your old BumpTop data.

Go to Start -> Run...



Then type in %APPDATA% and hit enter:



Then go into the folder "Bump Technologies, Inc.". Select the folder named "BumpTop" and rename it to "BumpTop-old". This will hide your previous settings, and the new version of BumpTop will re-create the directory the next time you run it.

Also, please make sure that you've installed the latest version of BumpTop from http://bumptop.com/download.php

so. now i have installed the new GERMANY driver for my nividia... becouse i think it doesent run with the us driver on an germany pc....

bumptop crash now again. it also does on nothing reakt... i must kill it with "task maneger"..... i hope you know what i mean.

.. and i also hope that i can use bumptop at one time...

one thing? have you icq? can we chat there? it is mayby esear and faster...

i have also "Team Viwer" If you know that programm.

ok... i had a virus (is this right in english?) on my pc, now i had re-install my windows and now bump top is running. thanks for the halp.
