BumpTop deletes all picture frames; piles all desktop files in the center of the screen.
I've been able to reproduce this bug quite easily.
1. Uninstall graphics card drivers. Vista requests a reboot.
2. Reboot.
3. Once logged back into Vista, BumpTop at startup says it cannot launch due to no 3D graphics drivers and closes.
4. Install graphics drivers.
5. Reboot.
6. Once logged back into Vista, BumpTop at startup launches successfully. However, all picture frames have been removed. All desktop items are reset to their default size and piled in the center of the screen.
